    Anti Fischer is a Hip Hop dancer, teacher and choreographer based in Brisbane, Australia.  She has taught around the world at renowned studios such as Millennium Dance Complex (L.A + Toronto), Movement Lifestyle (L.A), Dance Works (Japan), The Village (Sydney), MAPA (Melbourne), Underground Dance Centre (Toronto) and more.

    In 2010 Anti was selected from thousands auditioning across America to be one of 14 cast members in the annual “Monsters of Hip Hop” show in Los Angeles. 

    More recently Anti taught at The Australian Dance Festival in Sydney and toured with Dream Dance Company for the “Secret Society Show” Choreographed by Candace Brown and directed by Marko Panzic (2016, 2017).

    Anti also choreographed, directed and danced in her first show as part of "Mad Dance Festival” (2021).

    Some of her other career highlights include assisting world-renowned choreographers: Tony Tzar, Kevin Maher and Nick Demoura.

  • COMMERCIAL CHOREOGRAPHY

    Jasmine began dancing at the age of 3 and studied Tap, Jazz and Ballet. As the years went on, Jasmine expanded her repertoire to include Hip Hop / Street Dance. All these different styles fused together have created Jasmine’s own distinct style, which she is now renowned for.

    Jasmine and Luis (the other half of team Mega Jam) have been performing, choreographing and teaching workshops all over the world thanks to the success of their Mega Jam YouTube channel, which boasts 1.4 million subscribers and has racked up over 500 million video views globally, making it one of the biggest commercial choreography dance channels in the world.

    After 3 European workshop tours and pop up classes across the USA Jaz has now settled back in Brisbane to continue doing what she loves most, choreographing and teaching commercial dance classes.

    “My style is a very feminine, girly style of Hip Hop for the most part, but I like to change it up from week to week. I like lots of different styles of music so that is reflected in my classes / choreography. Most of all, it’s about having fun and just loving music and dance”.

    Wanida is a creative director, choreographer and performance artist. 

    Professionally working for the last 10 years, Wanida has become an industry leader in the dance scene by educating, hosting events, performing, and continually pushing boundaries through movement and action.

    Some of her performance highlights are: Jess B, Jessica Mauboy, Commonwealth Games, The Special Olympics, Puma as well as featuring in campaigns for Vice, Absolut Vodka & Fox Sports. She has also choreographed and performed for multiple music videos and fashion label campaigns. 

    Wanida has honed her dance and choreography skills by training in Los Angeles, Japan, Singapore and all over Australia. She has competed and judged many battles and trains her team in the art of freestyle dance. Often judging at events, teaching classes/workshops and producing work, she is highly active in the dance community with 4 sold out independent productions under her belt.

    One of her proudest achievements is producing and creatively directing production, ‘The Type’ for the Brisbane Festival and Metro Arts 2020 season. In 2017 Wanida founded Pink Matter, an independent company aimed at creating opportunities and highlighting powerful women in the community. Through Pink Matter she is passionate about breaking current stereotypes within the entertainment industry by diversifying the dance sector and breaking down barriers for dancers from different backgrounds of all shapes and sizes. Pink Matter focuses are, creating paid opportunities for local professionals and organising community and public dance events such as ‘safe space’ workshops for women, industry programs and inclusive industry nights showcasing up and coming and established choreographers/dancers. 

    Wanida continues to strive to inspire, mentor and be a pillar of representation.

  • CHOREOGRAPHY

    Luis has been performing and teaching dance since the 1980’s, influenced by the rise of Hip Hop music and the many styles of dance that fall under this dynamic and constantly evolving genre.

    His style is a melting pot of Ol’ Skool Hip Hop and Nu Skool Hip Hop featuring such styles as B-Boying, Lockin’ , Poppin’, Krump and other styles fused into what he calls an Urban Street Jazz class.

    Luis Pinto and Jasmine Meakin are the creators of the YouTube Channel Mega Jam, that has accumulated 500 million views and 1,4 Million Subscribers.

    Through the success of their YouTube Channel, Luis and Jasmine have toured the world teaching their unique style of Hip Hop.

    Luis started his dancing career as a Freestyle Street Dancer in the 1980’s. He strengthened his foundation with two years of Jazz training which gave him the tools to be able to break down his freestyle ability and create his own style of choreography. Luis understands how difficult it is to learn someone else’s choreography, and believes in teaching with patience and clarity so you don’t feel alienated in class….don’t be afraid to ask questions!

    Gustavo “Goose” Polanco, was born and raised in Boston, MA and has years of training and dance experience, appearing on shows such as MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew and NBC’s World Of Dance. Goose was also the Hip Hop Company Director for Elektro Dance Academy.

    Goose has worked at top studios in the SoCAL area such as Tmilly, Snowglobe Perspective and Offstage by GRV. He is now focused on being an Afro Latino artist, mentor and educator with a passion for connecting diverse communities through dance.

    His dance programs aim for all his students to gain strength, knowledge and confidence from their growth process, empowering them to trust that they are enough, that they matter and that they are capable of achieving their dreams as they navigate an industry where their importance is questioned everyday.

    Dion has 19 years of experience, having taught both interstate and internationally as well as trained with world class, locally based teams such as “Academy of Brothers” and “The Home Base” on various national and international stages. He’s now returned home after spending the last 4 years as the Crew Director at Pure Funk Dance in Adelaide, South Australia.

    Kim is a professional dancer, choreographer and performer based in Brisbane. At 18 years old, Kim was accepted into Raw Dance Company’s elite course on scholarship and has since generated a successful career as a commercial and street dancer.

    With credits such as TYGA, Samantha Jade, TIMOMATIC, DJ Tigerlily, Will Sparks, William Singe, Brisbane Silver Bullets, Brisbane Broncos Cheerleaders, Universal Store, Channel 9, Brisbane Festival, Hip Hop International, World of Dance and many more she is strongly equipped with industry knowledge.

    Alongside this, Kim is a highly experienced teacher and award-winning Hip Hop crew coach, with a strong passion for working with aspiring dancers.

    Kia Ora, my name is Rōre Rutene and I was born and raised in Wellington/New Zealand.

    I have been dancing for 16 years and teaching heavily for the last 7 years. My main source of training was with the renowned crew Homebase under Laurence Kaiwai and Colette Kaiwai.

    Some accomplishments:

    - Taught internationally and Nationally in Australia, New Zealand, China and taught in Guam and Los Angeles at KreativMndz

    - Taught at major dance schools including Danceforce and Brent Street

    - Judged HHI Nationals in Barcelona, ADCC in Australia, HHU, Project and Shakedown in New Zealand

    - Back up Danced for Jolin Cai (China, Kpop)

  • CHOREOGRAPHY

    Danica is a passionate upcoming choreographer in the Brisbane dance scene. She has a background of training in all styles of dance since the ripe age of 6 years old. Since completing full-time training in 2017, Danica has gone on to work professionally for multiple sporting dance squads such as GC Titans, Brisbane Broncos and Brisbane Bullets squads.

    She has also trained in both QLD and LA with some of the world's most renowned choreographers and mentors, and is constantly looking for opportunities to extend her dance abilities and share her knowledge with students.

    As well as performance opportunities, Danica has also been teaching since she was 15 years old for studios all around Brisbane and Gold Coast and is a fairly fresh face to Mad Dance House. She specialises in Street and commercial classes and is known for her beginner and technique focused heels classes.

    Glen has been teaching in Brisbane since 2017. He's also competed both nationally and internationally at competitions such as World of Dance and Arena Singapore, and is increasingly in demand as a teacher and choreographer in his local community.

    His true passion for teaching comes through investing in others and through this seeing growth in his students.
